n ° 32 is a villa in Ostend consisting of 1 holiday apartment for 2 to 6 people and a holiday studio for 2 to 3 people. Each of these units is offered for rent on a short-term basis (from 1 weekend, midweek or week).
The ground floor studio (35m2) is tastefully decorated and offers accommodation for 2 people (+ possibly 3rd person). The sitting / sleeping area opens onto the private garden through the large sliding windows.
SIT / SLEEP SPACE
You can turn the Cinna sofa into a high-quality double bed in no time and the "ZicZac" is a high-quality ottoman / sofa that you can easily convert from an ottoman to a sofa in a matter of seconds and gives sleeping accommodation to a third person. The atmospheric colors and mood lamps provide a special ambiance. A solid cherry cherry desktop completes the picture. Of course there is wifi, radio, DVD and TV available here.
KITCHEN
The designer kitchen is equipped with a combi-microwave with grill function, dishwasher, an induction hob, extractor hood and a Smeg refrigerator with freezer compartment. Nice and practical kitchenware is sufficiently available. In the kitchen itself there is a table for 3 people. A Senseo machine gives you tasty coffee.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bath, shower with side nozzles, a sink and storage furniture. Hair dryer available.
GARDEN
In the spacious garden (35m2) is a table + 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue. Enjoy the jacuzzi and outdoor shower on request at 25 € / day. (Only available for Easter holidays until September)
PARKING
There is parking in the driveway of the villa and a bicycle shed in the garden. Special covers are available to provide extra protection for the bikes.
