「This is a great place in the forest about 25 minutes to some popular beaches. We loved exploring the area. The cabin was super clean and comfortable and the deck area is beautiful to have coffee while listening to the howley monkeys. The pool area is nicely set up for photo opps. 「My family and I had a wonderful stay at Chalet Escondido. We saw many different types of wildlife such as the Coati, Walking Stick Bug, Bats, Giant Red-Winged Grasshopper and the Howler monkeys. 「We had a great stay at this property. Very private, and a short drive to Playa Junquillal (which we loved). Beatrice was a wonderful host and responsive to any questions we had. Directions to the house were clear and accurate. Kitchen had everything we needed. Three AC units all functioned well. The outdoor shower is an amazing feature! Totally different from busy, heavily-touristed areas like Tamarindo. Recommended!」
