"The view was adorable. The communication was okay, we missed some information about the button to get warm water to shower. Also WiFi connection was not that good The accomodation had everything we needed. Not that big, but that was good. Bibinje has some bars and restaurants but not that much. It's quiet. When there are guest in the upper apartments it's noisy. There was a little bit of dirt under the sofa. Parking lot in the neigbourhood was always free."

"Well located but very noisy at night. Not aware that property was on 3rd floor or I might not have booked it because of luggage. People banged on the door several times at night. Smarter than shown in the ad. BUT the light in the bathroom kept flickering so badly that I turned it off. Bulbs were missing in the central light. "We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but the team consistently exceeded our expectations with their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and family enjoyment. The baby pool was an absolute highlight for our little one and provided hours of fun in a safe and welcoming environment. We were also impressed by the playground, which was beautifully maintained and offered a fantastic space for children to play and explore. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional family-friendly experience. We truly appreciated the outstanding service, excellent facilities, and warm hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"My husband, father in law, and I stayed one night before heading to our next destination. We have stayed in various hotels in Europe and this hotel has by far the best mattresses we've slept on in Europe. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and included, a huge plus. Marko at reception was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and quick to help, even allowing us to check out an hour later. We would definitely stay again."

"It’s in the middle of the old town, so convenient. Breakfast is included, just a famous restaurant downstairs. No parking in the old town for sure, just take a uber to the gate which connects to the bridge, and walks about 3 minutes, then you can reach the hotel. Rooms are clean and way bigger than I expected. Me and my wife are like it, will come back for sure."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere. Denis, the owner, was truly the best. He was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more special. We loved it so much that we actually decided to stay an extra day. Everything was perfect, and I would 100% recommend Demar Residences to anyone visiting Zadar!"
