Awful. Called them and Expedia 3 days before my trip and explained that my flight was moved a day. Tried to move my reservation and they said they would return to me. Finally when they did they explained that it couldn’t be moved because it was within 24 hours of my reservation. They are charging me for a room I don’t have. Booked elsewhere for tomorrow. I would go there even if it was free.

There is no pathway for this location. Its very difficult if you want to walk-through the road as there no pathway for pedestrian. And its not worth paying for this hotel without any free breakfast. Very limited access. I would never suggest this hotel

Excellent for what I needed. Quiet, clean, spacious. The shuttle was convenient and on time. The only thing I didn’t like was that I wasn’t reminded that I had the breakfast option included and I almost missed.

Everything was great. Big rooms. Front desk was super helpful. Clean. Restaurant was good, reasonable and had a great wait staff. A little disappointed the pool and fitness area was closed and we were not made aware before check in, but it’s a nice hotel.

It was nice to have a room on the main floor at the end of the hall but it seemed to put us right in the path of all the commotion of the renovations that was taking place. The early morning noise of raised voices and the movement of furniture, equipment and stuff was disturbing to our sleep and comfort. We also had to deal with the uncomfortable temperature in the hallway from the outside door being left open for far too long far too often. The room itself was spacious and well kept. It would be very thoughtful of the franchise to offer a discount during these times of inconvenience.

We have been using this location for over 8 years on a regular basis (usually monthly or bi-monthly). We were extremely disappointed this last visit. We rented 2 rooms so that we could enjoy a mini vacay with grand children. We could not turn off the heat and sweltered. The staff tried to accommodate by providing fans however this did nothing to reduce the sweltering heat. More disturbingwas the fact that when we all got dressed in our swimwear and treked to the pool we found it tbe hot tub and excercise room all under construction. We mentioned the disappointment to the staff on checkout and they perked up and told us we could have enjoyed the pool at the orher hotel. It would have been nice if they could have posted a sign by the pool to undicate that. This is the first time we have had multiple issues with this hotel. We are very disappointed with our stay there

Room was very nice. Shuttle wasn't accessible and couldn't book a wheelchair vehicle for early departure. Wasn't staffs fault but we truly can't recommend hotel for people requiring accessible travel to and from airport due to this issue.
