This is a fantastic hotel with truly pleasant staff. Perfectly situated by transit and easy to navigate. The one bedroom suite is very spacious and comfortable and came with everything we needed. Pool is saltwater (a personal fave) and the food from the restaurant (tulip) is delicious and filling. Can't say enough good things.

Staff were really friendly and the free breakfast is better than most you pay for. Pool was great but deep if you have little kids. Only reason it lost a star was the bed was ok, surrounding area wasn’t very lively, but walkable to parliament, and a couple little details were missing ( we booked for 3 and only had 2 towels, no shampoo in dispenser, little things like that).would give 4 and 1/2 if able to.

Hi have travelled to 80 countries and have never been spoken down to by one male receptionist, and a male manager. I simply asked for them to access my points through Hilton. They told me they could not access my points. I was spoken to in way that was condescending and uncalled for. Gentlemen took it upon themselves to bully me together. They repeatedly asked yelling out my email address. If this was the correct email address I instructed the manager to stop yelling out my email address and private information so that everyone could hear. I was not able to read the screen because I did not have my glasses so he yelled out once again so if you can’t read the screen and I can’t say out loud your email address and private information then I can’t help you. I have never had my private information yelled out in the lobby of a busy hotel in my life… the manager even yelled out you booked this through a third-party..
Shame on you and Hilton for this poor customer service.
