“The front desk staff were in a terrible mood. When I checked in, the person was completely expressionless, and at check-out, the person had a really bad attitude. I asked about what it says on the key card holder regarding members being eligible for a short late check-out. They bluntly told me, with a sour face, 'not on weekends.' “The room was mostly clean, except a dirty sink with hair and debris in it. Bed was clean and fresh. Windows were fogged, older property but ok. It was ok for the price.”
