"I saw so many little bugs in the bed while my daughter was sleeping. The stuff was awesome but the hotel room needs to be sanitized and cleaned. I have the pictures and videos of the bed with the bugs. I got in touch with the management but no reply so far. Terrible experience while traveling from San Antonio to Washington DC"

"Parking was easy. The refrigerator and microwave were both missing. The A/C was difficult to regulate and very noisy."

"Upon arrival for check in we were informed of a water heater issue and that we could not check in. We had to purchase another hotel room on a weekend that all rooms were almost sold out in town and had to spend more than planned. We still haven’t received the refund for a room we never got to stay in."

"Clean room- mattress needs replacement, and carpet needs cleaning. The bathroom shower needs new caulk or someone who knows how to install it. Customer Service: No one should have to ring a bell for service and then be greeted. Breakfast was great!"
