「Bad service and accommodation for the price!
For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...

「Muy muy limpio, la condición del lobby excelente. Pero los cuartos ya están un poco viejos y desgastados. La cama muy cómoda aunque las almohadas un poco planas. Algo que esperaba encontrar era una cafetera o tetera para hacer té o café. El desayuno buffet excelente y muy rico, diario lo mismo pero la calidad excelente 100% vale comprarlo. El personal excelente desde concierge, limpieza y restaurante. 100% nos quedamos otra vez ahí. 」

「Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et avons de nouveau été très satisfaits. Nous apprécions particulièrement son emplacement pratique sur la route vers Madrid, tout en étant proche du centre-ville de Vitoria. Le calme, la propreté des lieux, la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que le confort des lits sont toujours au rendez-vous.
Idéal pour des familles!」
