酒店的位置很不错，可以步行到隔壁的古城和电影博物馆参观。酒店有一个挺大的泳池，wifi信号也非常的好。早餐虽然种类不多，但还算可以的。房间就是普通ibis的连锁配置，没有冰箱的，设施也相对有点旧。不过总体来说还是可以接受的。

Hôtel très agréable dans le style architectural local, belle piscine, salon avec feu de cheminée, vin et accueil très sympathique et attentionné.Seul bémol les plats cuisinés,juste corrects mais servis avec tellement de gentillesse . A 2 pas du centre historique à faire à pied pour éviter le parking payant.

There was no safe in the room and someone came in and stole my money. Not what is expected at a nice hotel and I expect more of the Moroccan people. Disappointed.

Ibis is a fantastic place to stay, the staff are super nice and cater to your every need with such grace and professionalism but at the same time like and old friend laughing and joking with us. I highly recommend this beautiful Riad.We had the best time here!

Service sehr schlecht. Möbel am Pool und Restaurant schmutzig und teilweise kaputt. Wir bekamen eine stark verschmutzte Speisekarte. Die Speisen waren sehr schlecht. Lammkoteletts mit bis zu zwei Zentimeter Fettrand. Entrecôte absolut zäh. Das Gemüse hart und nicht gar. Im Bad fehlten Fliesen und die Duschabtrennung schmutzig und zum Teil verrostet.

Beautiful hotel, great location quite and clean. The front desk aren’t pleasant if you don’t greet them they will ignore you. They won’t say hi to anyone that walks into the hotel. Great hotel with a terrible service.

Overall the hotel is a good value for money. One thing that could be improved is the restaurant. Most of what they have written in the menu is not available.

From the outside, this hotel looks like a bargain. The exterior is modern and in good condition. Inside is completely different. Our room was filthy. The carpet in the hallway, in addition to being worn out and in need of replacement, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation, and frankly, my experience at this Ibis makes me much less likely to stay at an Ibis elsewhere.

From the very apathetic check in (really felt like we were interrupting the guy at the desk-) to the non restocked breakfast (we came at 0800 with bfast hours of 0630-1030 and it was decimated and pretty sure it had not been restocked since 0630- to the 1980's TV without reception- to the poor AC - to the poor design of no charge plugs next to bed- it really was not the best stay

Lovely (business) hotel in the center of Ouarzazate. It's within walking distance to some nice restaurants and visits. The property is lovely from the outside but rather (just) 'functional' once you're in. It has an incredible swimming pool, so it is a great option if you're traveling with kids!

Als wir gegen 21 Uhr eincheckten, war das Restaurant bereits geschlossen. In der Toilette meines Zimmers gab es noch Kotreste des vorherigen Gastes. Es gab keine Toilettenbürste. Die Siliconabdichtung der Duschtaste war teilweise gelöst von der Wand. Die Türe der Duschabtrennung war nicht sauber, sondern es war langfristig angesammelter Schmutz an den Rändern zu sehen. Es gab auf dem Bett eine dicke Bettdecke, nicht ein einfaches Laken, das bei einer Temperatur von über 35° Celsius durchaus als Zudecke gereicht hätte. Am Tag des Auscheckens war es nicht möglich, bei der Rezeption des Hotels eine Rechnung über den Aufenthalt zu erhalten. Das müsse durch Expedia erfolgen, da auch darüber gebucht und bezahlt worden sei.
