"The room is cleaned very often and staff were all very helpful. Specifically, Listi at the front desk was always warm and kind when I needed help. Room also came with a free breakfast everyday with a rotating menu of Indonesian food!"

Enjoyed the pool. Restaurant was ok. Staff gave me wrong address to the beach and I ended up being dropped off with Grab and wondered around lost. I wouldn't stay there again."

"The staff is nice, but the room is very small and there is no window. The towel seemed a bit old and was never changed during my 5 nights stay. The laundry took longer than they promised to be done. However, overall the conditions are acceptable considering the price."

"I stayed here out of convenience as I was going to the Ancol Marina the next morning. The room was poorly lit, unkept, dirty and falling apart. The toilet pipe was leaking causing lots of water wastage. The elevator broke down. The hotel was no near capacity and it was incredible that the front desk (if one can call it) insisted on the checking-in time, not allowing early check-in."
