"Good resort for a couple of days in Jakarta. Bring mosquito repellent - rooms don't have nets - and at this time of year ( end of Oct) there's a lot! Villas are a bit dated but I liked the vintage luxurious touches"

"The staff is nice, but the room is very small and there is no window. The towel seemed a bit old and was never changed during my 5 nights stay. The laundry took longer than they promised to be done. However, overall the conditions are acceptable considering the price."

"Internet connection more OFF than ON. VERY CONFUSING: 2 D’primas in close proximity. ITC Mangga Dua and WTC Mangga Dua. I accidentally booked an extra night at the wrong one. Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move. OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. Plugging and unplugging things from the bed could be dangerous because someone could gouge their eye on...

"The staff were an hour late for check in for starters. The place was disgracefully dirty and we had to wait for the property to be cleaned. Linen was not changed in 2 weeks. There were no cooking utensils off any cutlery and crockery. Balcony was full of broken appliances. Just disgusting."

"I stayed here out of convenience as I was going to the Ancol Marina the next morning. The room was poorly lit, unkept, dirty and falling apart. The toilet pipe was leaking causing lots of water wastage. The elevator broke down. The hotel was no near capacity and it was incredible that the front desk (if one can call it) insisted on the checking-in time, not allowing early check-in."
