“Nice, clean, new place, good location to the boat harbor. Only real negative was the lack of a front desk for check in. Apparently it closes at 6pm and arrangements for later check-in need to be made before 6...in our case, due to a flight cancellation, the reservation was made after 6pm. However, once we were able to find a representative to help, she was very helpful, pleasant, and ensured we got in the room just fine.”

“Do not stay at this hotel. The staff are dismissive, rude and seemingly angry at the guests. The hotel and its grounds are littered with trash, restaurants and spa are open sporadically. The beach club is often closed for private events. The music at the pool and the beach is outrageously loud and the island itself is run down and dangerous. Everything away and overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. Stay away. ”

“Great view. I did get up for sunrise everyday. I go some amazing photos. There were lots of families from diverse backgrounds. The staff is wonderful and the food is extremely good. ”
