「Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The reason I'm giving three stars is because of a few inconveniences. We needed to use the pullout sofa bed, but there were no linens provided. We also didn't receive enough towels for the number of guests in our room. 「Room was hot and muggy. A/C window until was not working and loud. Called the front desk, they moved us to another room. That room was not so great either. The hotel is dated and needs upgrades. No coffee pot in room, crud around the shower pan, toilet seat worn out, mini fridge interior door shelves broken. Was not pleased at all. When my husband called the front desk to discuss the room, the lady hung up on him. We slept the best we found, got up and left. We’ll never stay there again. ...

「Was looking forward to having a cabana at the pool however if you want to have access to one, the cost is $150. That was very disappointing. Paid extra for a room with a balcony. My balcony was on the first level (didnt feel safe) with a view to the back of the hotel. Had to ask for additional towels. Very limited towels and no extra tissue in the room.」
