「The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. My air conditioner/heating unit did not seem to be working, so I was too warm both nights of my stay. The lobby seemed to be fairly nice, clean, well kept. Other public spaces - hallways, elevators - were in poor shape. Carpets worn and things were dirty. Visibly dirty. I did not use the pool or the arcade, but I thought the vintage arcade games were a nice touch. The bar and restaurant, Tanglewood, was a mistake I won’t make again. Food was below...

「I’ll start off by saying the staff was absolutely amazing and as helpful as they could be. The first room we were given smelled like sewage and part of the shower felt like it was going to break. They moved us and The second room had dirty sheets, and peeling paint. The rest of the room had a surface level of dirt and stains on the chairs. The staff replaced the sheets. The grossest problem was the pool and hot tub. The pool was dirty and had little chlorine, but the hot tub was FILTHY. The...
