不滿:職員與服務和設施服務
It started out with our keys not working so I went to the desk to reset. Turns out they did reset but they had given us the wrong room number so we went into a room where someone else was staying. Mistakes happen totally get it. I didn’t ask for it, but they said they would give us a credit back for the inconvenience (and didn’t).
We only received three towels even though we paid the fee for having four guests in a room. When I went to ask for an extra towel, the guy at the front desk took his name tag off, looked at me and said “I’m off I ain’t doing anything else”. He pointed to his colleague who was on the phone for me to get a towel. While the guy just stood there, I waited to ask for a towel. I finally got one and the guy who was “off” was just standing there.
We also had running water in our toilet that I informed the staff of and it never got fixed.
15-20 minutes for the one person at Starbucks to get you a cup of coffee and I was done.
I travel a lot and I know mistakes happen and this is not a five star hotel. That said, to have so many service gaps in one stay was really disappointing.
