「We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.」

「Had to leave went to a Holiday inn. The cigarette burns all over the bathroom wall and the bugs not to mention the door had been previously kicked in so the lock didn’t work.」

「Our rooms weren't ready until after 4:00 when they clearly state that check-in is 3:00, so we sat in the lobby for over an hour which put us a real bind for the plans we had when we got to town....and we weren't the only ones. On top of that, the girl at the desk had a terrible attitude, was rude, and simply did not care. She told us they only have 1 cleaning crew and there is nothing she can do. That may have been the case, but that is not the problem of your paying guests. Figure it out! ...

「The room was perfect for an overnight stay or much longer! Good breakfast options. The pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon and those with mobility issues can easily enter/exit. 」

「The room was dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned. The microwave in the dining room did not work. The breakfast was good, but they have a waffle iron and had no waffle batter. All in all it really wasn’t a bad stay. It was quiet. We got a good night sleep, I chalked everything else up as maybe they were understaffed or we’re just having an off day. I would probably stay there again.」

「First off they are in the process of fixing this place up. The room was clean and the bed was new along with new sheets. The bad things were the curtains on the front window, they didn’t close all the way. And there was no curtain in the bathroom. Which was a little weird when taking a shower. Another thing that was bad was there was no place to hang any thing up. I travel with medical scrubs on hangers and everyplace has a rod to hang things. This place had not gotten to that.
