"Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast was amazing and even had gluten free options in the morning! Although, our experience was tainted by screaming misbehaving children in the pool area and it sounded like others were jumping off the beds in the room above us at night. This was not the hotel’s fault though. Might not be a good place for a romantic getaway with all the screaming kids."

"Young lady at the front desk provided us with a dirty room with a wrenching smell of cigarettes under the pretense that it was a clean room—mind you, it had a no smoking sign inside. When we told her we could not stay, she was disrespectful and hard to give a refund back. We are currently disputing the charge because she did not accept it. Stay away"

"Overall the staff was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful they room shown online looks better than the actual room. Also the tub didn’t fully release water the water while taking a shower water was in the tub. Gross my children were disgusted. Other than that the room was clean as it could be rooms are old and outdated. The location is very comfortable and convenient. Great breakfast options great restaurant food as well "

"Friendly staff"

"The young lady checking us in was distracted by other employees! Directions she gave us was not clear. Our room was not ready at 4:00. We were told we would get a text, however, never received a text. We called and asked about our keys and if the room was done. The young man told us our room was ready and we asked about keys. He said to come back to the office to pick up the keys. Very chaotic."
