"Room was great. Well prepared as with all Toyoko Inn Hotels. We enjoy the central locations of the hotel and the convenience to get to and fro. Service is great and staff courteous always. And checkin and out is fast and automated after the system captured our details after the first stay. Family enjoyed the 24h coffee area and use of moisturizer due to the dry season. Breakfast is great and convenient so that we could set off quickly the next day. We drove and needed parking. While the chargeable hotel car park is not suitable for our mpv, we thank the receptionist for their info on other surrounding parking locations and charges. And indeed the charges are lower than the hotels and some have further lowered their rates."

"Great location by a station, really great value including breakfast. Underbed storage area and overhead rain showerhead in the ceiling were great. Everything worked fine, only problem was it was so cold outside that the area next to the window was a little cold and unfortunately the bed was pushed right up against the window. Bed needs to be away from the window or maybe some thicker drapes. Heater worked fine but it kind of ends up heating half the room. So dry in the winter so the provided humidifier was great. "
