「Hello, I would like to report a cleanliness issue regarding my recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Pierce. I found a cockroach walking on the wall inside my room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene standards. I would like to request compensation or a partial refund for this experience. I can provide photo/video evidence if needed. Thank you.」

「I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!」
