Splendido!!! Un’oasi di pace e tranquillità

Pros: Casa bellissima , ampi spazi, dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione eccezionale, direttamente sulla spiaggia, poco affollata. L’ospitalità, la gentilezza, la disponibilità della padrona di casa impagabili. Un grazie di cuore alla sig.ta Rosa. Torneremo sicuramente.

Traumhafter Standort, leider mit lärmden Nachbarn

Pros: Die Lage ist ein Traum auf Erden. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein wunderschöner Sandstrand direkt vor dem Haus. Das Haus ist soweit mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Cons: Leider konnten wir nicht einen einzigen Tag in Ruhe im Garten auf einem Liegestuhl verbringen. Dies da ausgerechnet die 2 direkten Nachbaren Draussen am renovieren waren. Von morgens bis abends lief die Fliesen säge, es hämmerte, usw., zwischen druch wurden die Hunde noch für 15 min in den Garten gelassen, was jedes mal ein Bellkonzert gab. Sogar am Sonntag / Feiertag 01.01.2023 hat der eine der beiden Nachbarn dies ab 07.30 morgen wieder durchgezogen. Sehr schade, wir hatten uns extra was abseits gesucht und wollten uns über die Feiertage erholen und die Sonne / den Garten geniessen. Dies was so leider nicht möglich, da er Lärm einfach zu gross und ohne Unterbruch war.
