Wonderful house with lots of beds

Easy to access, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms & kitchen were perfect for a few days stay for 6+ people. TV and wifi were good for our needs. Really fun little place if you're looking to stay in the area and need to house a few people. Would be good for kids too. Lots of board games and a collection of movies and such. Few minutes walk or drive down the hill to the beach.

Little Blue Beach House

The kitchen is small but extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The layout and bedrooms are perfect for a couple (or three) families travelling together giving everyone their own space. Convenient location to a great beach and cute town with all the amenities. This was perfect for our group and got rave reviews from everyone.

Perfect Clam Digging Stay

Clean, well stocked, great beds, well priced, & good location - we really enjoyed this property for a couple late December clam digging nights. TV usage & loads of board games were a nice bonus. Easy to get to, very near beach access, and a quick drive into Seabrook, if interested. Would highly recommend & would stay again.

This house is very clean. Very nicely stocked with the necessary items in the kitchen. There are pots and pans, baking dishes.. casserole dishes Plenty of utensils and silverware. Even a Brita pitcher. They management communicates well with the information needed to enter property. Also, they actually respond when you have questions or need assistance. I have been very impressed. There are great DVD’s even kid friendly ones. Good WIFI. They have small bottles of shampoo and soap as well. In case you forget yours. Not to far from the beach. If you’re a great walker you could walk it. Other wise plan to drive. Good house

I do business from time to time on the Washington Coast and this is now my second time back at this VRBO. That should say enough - I came back!. Very comfortable beds, nice layout, friendly neighbors, and pretty much all you need.

5 minute walk to lovely beach area. Close to very small town of Pacific Beach. Calling this a beach house is a little stretch but the beach is close walk / drive and you can hear the waves at night. There is a view of the beach between houses. The upstairs deck affords sunset view. Bring your chairs, sunscreen, blankets, and beach toys!

Great place

Nice beach house, great for two families and the kitchen, although small, has all you need. Only complaint is Vacasa did not clean the property well - takeout food left in fridge and socks/underwear under bed/couch. They need to pay more attention to their cleaning but house was great!

Nice decor and layout, very little privacy, difficult beach access

The house and decor are quite nice. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. Overall, it's OK. There's almost no view of the ocean, instead it's surrounded by other houses that all have windows that face into the Little Blue House. We felt uncomfortable sitting at the dining table and seeing someone right next door watching TV, so we had the blinds up most of the time. The beach access is not within walking distance, and there's no bathroom there. The public park down the road that has a bathroom requires a Discover Pass... so $30 to park. Most of the coast line is fenced off, so even though it looks like it's very close to the beach, you have to drive to get to it. The water tastes terrible, and the filter pitcher in the fridge did not remove all of the taste and are notorious for growing bacteria, so after filtering the water we boiled it, making the house humid and adding an annoying task. Bring bottled water if you stay here. The layout was nice, with the main room offering an open floor plan for the living, dining, and kitchen area. The couch is quite low to the ground, so be aware if getting up and down is a challenge.

Flea infested house!

The location is alright, the facilities and cooking equipment were good. However, we may not come back to this house because we found fleas in the upstairs bedrooms. One family member was bitten on the shoulder and ankles, and upon further inspection we found fleas on the carpeted floors and even on the pillows of the bed. We wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here until the fleas are completely taken care of. Good luck!
