The Ocean View Retreat has fantastic ocean views. It is only a few steps away from the ocean and golf course. Watch and hear the crashing waves as you sit back and relax. Looking out the front window or sitting on the front porch you may see dolphins, sea otters, seals, grey whales, killer whales, pelicans, sea gulls and even deer. Our profusion of wildlife, trees and wildflowers are a few of our many treasures.

The sunset and sunrise views are spectacular against the ocean waves. Across the street are sandy beaches and tide pool areas; a great place to watch the sailboats go by and breath in the clean, fresh ocean air.

The home has breath taking ocean front views from the living room, front bedroom, dining room and kitchen. There are partial ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Nearby and just a walk or bike ride away is Asilomar Beach and Lover's Point. The walking path is right across the street. Whether a morning’s jog or a relaxing walk, this path leads you along the ocean view. Kayaks and bike rentals are close by. Point Pinos, the oldest continuously operating light house is just around the corner and within walking distance. Downtown Pacific Grove with its quaint shops and restaurants is only a short bike ride or car ride away.

If you are a golfer, you can bring your golf clubs and walk to the club house. The driving range is just around the corner if you just feel like hitting golf balls. The Monterey Peninsula has a spectacular choice of golf courses in the area.
This cozy home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One bedroom has a 1/2 bath. Each room has been tastefully decorated for your comfort. Comfy mattresses, soft blankets and cozy sheets help drift you off to sleep.

The living room is provides space to relax with a book, talk, or watch a DVD from our library on the large hi definition television with surround sound. Or turn it off and listen to a CD or music stations on the TV. Curl up with a cozy throw blanket, turn on the gas burning fireplace and you have the perfect place for relaxation and peace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make an exquisite meal or a simple snack. Sitting at the dinning table you have views of the ocean and large backyard.

Enjoy sitting at the teak picnic table while cooking that perfect meal on the gas bar b que in the large backyard. Fun, tropical place settings especially for the outdoors, adds to the ambiance along with a large dolphin fountain and backyard. Chairs, towels, beach bags, cooler and a picnic basket make it easy to pack a lunch for your beach outings.
