“The car park was next to hotel room was clean with coffee and also bottles of water. Nice selection for breakfast but not much selection for evening meal .But because the information in the room wasn't updated it said the restaurant was closed and didn't find out till the last night.”

“Booked as we had an early flight from East Midlands airport. Owner met us soon after we arrived. Nice room, great comfy bed, very good shower. Advised there was a good restaurant just down the road (15 min walk) which we visited and had a very tasty meal. Left in the morning too early for breakfast, but not host’s fault. Very good nights sleep. Plenty of parking. Road to airport a bit narrow and windy, but we made it in plenty of time. Would recommend.”

“The Leonardo EMA is a well placed hotel, however we found the decor and general demeanour of the hotel to be very tired. No lifts that we could see. Our room was nice enough, but had only been superficially cleaned. The mirror had not been cleaned. Bed was very comfy though. Bathroom showed signs of wear with the odd little bit of black mould and other areas that could have been better scrubbed. I found a rusty screw by the base of the toilet. Shower was over the bath with a shower curtain,……

“The property is bit outdated but its is well maintained for its age. Staff is very mannered , courteous and kind , the manager at our checkout was very customer focused and this leadership reflected well in the staff. We ordered room service and the food was awesome. Breakfast had many choices with pancakes and waffles etc. Swimming pool was very clean and thier is a tennis table in lobby, overall 5 star service thank you”

“The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. ”
