Beautiful View in a Shabby Chic Atmosphere

NEW refined house unique in its kind, where luxury and simplicity alternate, with a breathtaking lake view. In one of the most evocative locations of Lake Garda, near the ancient Padenghe castle, the two-story house with independent entrances can accommodate two families with large spaces to live together or with maximum privacy.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a large hallway and the bathroom. On the first floor, connected by an internal staircase, there is a second living room with kitchen, the master bedroom, the twin bedroom, the bathroom and the large terrace overlooking the lake with barbecue. The house, fully air conditioned, has every comfort from access to the swimming pool. The property includes a large garage which in addition to the car can accommodate sports equipment.
The pastel tones of the furnishings and cheerful patterns mingle with the white ceiling with exposed beams, help to create a romantic atmosphere.
The Shabby Chic style also continues in the kitchen, a functional environment equipped with every comfort, but refined and refined in every detail.
Even if the atmospheres are purely retro, there is no shortage of modern comforts, such as the large and comfortable sofa or the TV for pleasant moments of rest.

Perfekte Unterkunft für zwei Paare

Herzlicher Empfang und wirklich gute Betreuung durch Rosaria. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser aufgeteilt (Besteck/Gläser) sein. Aber alles da, was man benötigt. Pool ausreichend und nie überbelegt. Garageneinfahrt etwas abenteuerlich. Schöne Aussicht auf den See, ein toller Urlaub! Sehr empfehlenswert!
