"Our little family, including our 15 year old Lab, loved it here. The slope to the dock for fishing was an easy walk & the view from the deck (and inside the house) was breathtaking. The owners were extremely friendly and responsive. The house was super clean & came with a lot of additional amenities in the kitchen which was handy when I forgot something at the grocery. It was an amazing stay."

"Back yard unusable, needed to be mowed. Kitchen flooring is coming apart. Main bath so narrow, that your knees touch the wall when toileting. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks. Though all 4 adults do not fit comfortably on the dock at the same time."

"We had a wonderful time. We came for the last few days of my kids spring break. We have 2 kids and they each brought a friend and there was plenty of room for everybody. I know there are pictures and a warning about the trek to the dock but I wasn't quite prepared for how steep it was. There were lots of things the owners took care of that other places don't which was really nice. They had coffee pods, lots of dishwasher pods, gas for the grill and wood to burn. "Everything from checking in to checking out was easy and ready!! The property had tons of extra amenities which is always very helpful. The flatter land was perfect for families with children to play."

"Overall great visit and I would stay again. All communication was great and check in very easy. Inside was clean, well appointed, and in great shape. King bed we used was nice and comfortable. Although inside was great, outside was in need of a major cleaning. Lots of dirt, dead bugs, old spider webs and mud dauber nests everywhere on walls, windows and doors. "Loved staying at this location! Easy walks to everything downtown. Right across the street from the Gold Rush Cafe! Awesome breakfast!! Other restaurants, shops, entertainment venues close by. We did venture out to the Purple Toad Winery and Red’s Donuts (must go early for best variety!) Yum! Also a short ride away is Metropolis, if you are a Superman fan! Paducah is a fun area to explore!"
