「It's a really nice hotel with big room, big balcony, and great sea view suited for staying there few days for vacation. The service is really good, and the price of the breakfast is reasonable. It's better to go by car because it's a little far away from Zadar down down and old town, and the transportation is taxi only. However, if you are used to take taxi, the hotel also help call the reliable taxi for you. We would've stayed for more days if we had enough time.」

「Booked Ika Apartments end Oct / start Nov as still operating despite winter season. Easy to book via Expedia. Chose the Two Bed Top Floor Unit as there were 4 of us so great for families of 3 or 4 people. Location in Borik is great. Midway to ZadarOld Town and to Diklo. Good views of Marina and also to Old Town. Check easy as host WhatsApp us with Check In Process for codes so the fact we arrived after midnight was no issue. Parking either side of unit was easy. 「The staff was wonderful and super friendly. This apartment was everything we needed. Super clean and perfect. Location was excellent.
The view was awesome. With big balcony doors. Perfect little table with two chairs. Perfect for a couple.
Swimming right out front, pool was amazing, and restaurant was very very good. Walking distance to old town.
Only negative was checkout is at 10am. I am used to 11am or 12pm. So you don’t feel rushed.」
