「So clean and cozy! Great place to stay」

「Great location nestled in the wooded hills of Virginia. This unique place has something for everyone, whether it is a soak in the hot tub, smores by the fire pit, or lazy mornings sipping coffee in rocking chairs off the main deck. This place was well stocked, and away from all the noise. Kevin was gracious and responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend.」

「We loved our trip and mostly enjoyed the yard space and hot tub a lot! We did have some minor issues while there, but reached out to the host and were able to get quick resolution. Very close to Luray caverns and some cute local shops nearby as well.」

「This location was great and walking distance to downtown. It was clean and everything felt recently refurbished. It worked perfectly for our trip to visit Shenandoah. The host was very responsive and addressed a small issue quickly within hours.」

「Highly recommend wonderful little spot. Great hosts. Incredibly clean. I would stay here again.」

「Efficient home that fit our needs perfectly. Traveling partner uses a rolling walker and the home fit it perfectly. Everything was as described. Apartment fridge and microwave gave us all we needed for meals in. Bathroom has walk-in shower. Bed is comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well for our needs. Across from train, not noisy but train sounds can be heard. It was peaceful and enjoyable to watch. Would definitely stay again.」

「Loved the location in town and over the coffee shop. The house was well stocked and comfy. Absolutely loved it. If it had a second bathroom, I would stay here all of the time with my family.」

「Beautiful space, perfect location and gracious host! Would 100% stay here again!」

「Our stay at “The Barn” at Elbow Landing was absolute perfection. Waking up to the incredible mountain and valley views, watching the local birds, and spotting wildlife each morning was so restoring. A huge thank you to Ray for being such a friendly and accommodating host! Every thoughtful detail—from the kitchen basics to the cozy touches and extra toiletries—made for a truly seamless weekend getaway. We loved exploring nearby Luray, from the Caverns to the scenic park trails, bOur stay at “The...

「Perfect for a quick getaway. There are 3 tiny cabins on the property, but they are situated to provide privacy. Our cabin was the furthest from the river (a short walk away). The cabin is tiny, but it had what we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and grill/patio.」

「Where to begin….First of all, the pictures and property description are 110% accurate. Once we booked within a short time the hosts had already reached out to establish communication. That made us very comfortable and built trust. Hosts maintained communication throughout the entire stay, including checkout. That being said, it was not overbearing. It was simple texts with additional contact methods, suggestions for dining and recreation, additional amenity information such as refilling hot tub...

「My mother always told me if you don't have anything nice to say , keep it to yourself. I agree with that sentiment. So, obviously, I have something nice to say.Usually, rental property descriptions use a little puffery to market their properties. But this property lived up to everything advertised and more!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Luray property! The location is unbeatable—being just a mile from Luray Caverns and a short drive to Shenandoah National Park made...

「What a great stay! The location is fantastic for getting to the National Park as well as Luray Caverns. The apartment is spotlessly clean and big. We, as a family, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thanks!」

「Lots of nice amenities. The train noises were a little loud but easy to ignore. The only issue was that there was no body wash.」

「We had trouble with key pad it took the last day to finally get use to it. There is poor communication about were the room is located. Ours ended up On second floor which if I had been aware would not have booked there (have ashma and have trouble climbing steps. ) small ice machine with all the guest it was always empty. IT ADVERTISED AS QUIET BUT WITH NOISEY GUEST TRAIN WHISTLE AND OLDER BUILDING it was not. I think with some matenance repairs it could be a nice place.」

「This property was charming and quaint. For us two sisters wanting two separate beds, only the 3rd level attic type room was available, which entailed walking up 2 sets of stairs and the last one pretty steep. This was not quite relayed to us when booking. The property has two big pluses: it is only a quick walk to the Main street with lots of nice restaurants and shops AND only 10 minutes to the majestic Luray Caverns. Not sure if because of the time of year, but the patio was not cleaned...

「My husband and I stayed 1 night. The room was private and easily accessible. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Would recommend to fks traveling through Luray.」

「Amazing, picturesque snug studio barn, absolutely loved this entire experience from the moment we were greeted by owner Ray when arrived to watching the hummingbirds, deer and sunrise from the private porch. It was so darn adorable and perfectly located to all the things we wanted to do. We will be back!」
