No reaction to the question of communication since we had not experienced anything that would require us to do so. But given the information was listed in the binder, I don't doubt that the hosts would be responsive. The house shows some aging signs, but it's clean, spacious, and well equipped. We were very glad to have this space for relaxation, especially when the weather became inclement.

We had a quick one night stop as we traveled from Vegas to Sedona. With the property's excellent location we easily were able to see Horse shoe bend on the first late afternoon and then got an early start and made our reservation at Antelope Canyon on our way to Sedona. House was perfect as were the owners!! Thank you!!
