We visited during the fall and the pool was closed. The entire block outside was trashy, but the room inside was clean. The breakfast was alright, and while we ate the staff didn't smile or greet guests. All in all, the place was quiet and affordable.

The room served its purpose, place to sleep and shower on our road trip. Except for the exhaust fan in the bathroom and the TV remote, everything functioned as needed. Great location and very friendly staff with the typical continental breakfast, but surrounded with restaurants and businesses; within walking distance.

Great budget stay in Page for visiting Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend! As a reliable chain, it offers solid quality at a very affordable price. It’s a classic motel setup with exterior doors, allowing you to park right outside your room. The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants. The complimentary cold breakfast includes standard options like bread, juice, coffee, and apples, plus a fresh waffle maker. Overall, an incredible value for money—highly recommended!

The curtains were torn, the tile was cracked and stained, and there was no doormat, so you tracked mud right into your room. The breakfast offerings were very skimpy, and did not include decaf coffee - we went somewhere else for breakfast.

The hotel is outdated and worn. The pool was green when you walked by the laundry it had a horrible sewer smell. This property needs a serious remodel and updated. The bathroom floor wasn’t level.

Im a wheelchair user and was traveling alone for business, my equipment to get my chair out of the truck was not working, so when I arrived I called the office for assistance. The manager not only assisted with my chair, but directed me to a more favorable parking spot, opened the room, took my luggage inside and helped me up the ramp into my room. Older hotel, but very clean. Minimal amenities, but I wasn't looking for fancy. TV, microwave, refrigerator, clean towels and linen, truly a much better experience than I was expecting.

The staff was pleasant but the property is very rundown and the bathroom is in very poor condition. Repairs have been made have been done in a very haphazard and sloppy method. The waffles were good the coffee was terrible and the presentation very mediocre. This property needs an update. I would not stay there again. It is well located easy.
