"So the RV was fairly clean, but leveling was way off and the potty water tank overflowed and created an unsanitary condition inside the RV. Also it was really cold with insufficient heating. The heater didnt seem to work in the RV and the small heater they provided didnt keep it warm either. So we had no bathroom and heat. The only awesome parts of this was the farm and kangaroo we got to pet and feed and take pics with. Thats why i am not giving just 1 star. I really hope they keep their word...

"This property is clean and comfortable. There is good parking in a fenced area. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. If we need to stay again in Pahrump we would likely go there again."

"My husband and I met my niece and sister in Pahrump because it was 1/2 way between our home in California and their home in Eastern Nevada. Your home is in a very quiet neighborhood of Pahrump, close to town, restaurants, casinos, etc. The house is new construction, very clean, and decorated nicely. The continental breakfast that was provided was a very delicious & thoughtful start to the day. If we are ever in Pahrump again, I would definitely book your home.Thank you,Paula MickalianFresno,...

"Fantastic Casita!I loved my stay here, and I'm going to recommend it to everyone going to Spring Mountain! The place is super clean and extremely nice. The hosts have literally thought of everything! Water, coffee and creamers, wine bottle opener, remote for HVAC, TV set for guest stay, glasses, games, books, iron with distilled water, cups plates and silverware, etc. Just amazing!"

"Lady at front desk was super helpful especially since I notified them that I would arrive late due to unfortunate circumstances. It was awesome to have a pizza place just around the parking lot which helped alot since I did arrive fairly late. Location is the reason I chose to stay at K7 BnB and if it weren't for that unfortunate circumstance, it would have worked out perfectly. Though I liked the book cover, I was surprised, in a very good way, about what's inside. The bathroom especially, is quite roomy."

"Paula was an amazing host. She made sure all of our needs were meet and even made us a delicious breakfast. She went above and beyond. The pool house was perfect for our week long visit. We enjoyed our stay and my 9 year old daughter loved the pool. We will definitely be back!"

"Just a quick overnight for us but it was a very clean spacious room. Huge bathroom and kitchen tons of seating and a really comfy bed. Did I mention really clean? The temperature inside was perfect too! I highly recommend staying here. Great rate and very friendly host that got right back to me when I had to cancel one of our trip days. "
