Lovely relaxed place, “shabby chic” and priced correctly. We loved the space, and the environment especially the quiet beach side area. Perfect location for Paia bars and shops.

Historic beach inn on the Main Street with tiny water access. Busy street. Extremely limited parking. We had to park on the public street. Renovated rooms are nice but the property asa whole doesn’t have distinctions that make it worth the price. Mash up of street front hotel with acquired buildings behind it up to water front.

MAGICAL....This was our 2nd stay and it didn't disappoint... friendly staff with a soulful island vibe. Walking distance to all that Paia has to offer.

have been staying here for years and it is always great. This time was just a one night in and out because we flew in from mainland and headed to another island the next day for a wedding. Proximity to airport and not staying in a chain made it a great spot to get the most out of one night and day in Maui. we have stayed at Paia Inn over the years and always enjoy our stay regardless of the length.

This is a phenomenal place to stay. Rooms are clean and amazing location. Love the bathrooms here as well. It’s such a perfect place and amazing bang for the buck for Maui.

Staff were lovely and amenities were great. The room was pretty tiny, but it had everything you could possibly need, and the inn itself has awesome access to everything in Paia town. I would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night, however the staff were very helpful. We had a night time visitor (one of the property's cats) which we loved. The room was small but well appointed. The property is really cool with tons of amenities and the location was right in the middle of all of the action. Loved it!
