The accommodation was to a high standard, and in a good location. It is ten minutes from the train station, and less than five minutes from the beach. Breakfast was prepared individually, (unlike a hotel). The owner was very helpful.

Perfect Location

Hans is a great host, friendly, helpful and cooks a lovely breakfast. Free parking & a short walk from all Paignton's amenities, its a perfect choice if you are on a budget.

Absolutely Brilliant stay for the New Year and a few days after! Hans couldn’t do enough to cater for me, Nothing was a problem for him and he made me very welcome. The Room was just what I was looking for, breakfast was perfect, so it was a pleasant stay for me. No complaints, highly Recommend.
