Cosy, homely, open-plan little cottage in central Paihia with cafe's, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery and Wharf all within a 5 minute walk.
Fully equipped kitchen and own bathroom with shower.
A Heatpump Air-conditioner ensures comfort throughout the year.
The large sunny courtyard is perfect for breakfast , lunch or a glass of wine in summer, and a gas BBQ is available for your use.

The Cottage is nestled behind the main house, with parking directly adjacent to it. The Cottage, parking and private courtyard is on a flat area at the top-of a slightly steep driveway. The drive way is very easily manageable on foot and good to get the circulation going - but the convenient parking makes it easy to drive if preferred.

The ideal base for visiting Waitangi Treaty Grounds (a 25 min walk or a 5min drive with plenty of parking at the Treaty Grounds) or exploring the Bay of Islands. Cape Reinga tour has a pick-up point at the drive-way; Most water activities & cruises depart from the Warf - a 5 min walk.

Check in is after 3PM and the key will be in the lockbox from 3pm.
Check out is anytime before 10am.
Under Kiwi bach tradition, guests are expected to respect the property, tidy up, do your dishes, remove rubbish & recycling to outdoor bins, and leave the property in the clean and tidy condition they found it.

When booking / enquiring please list the names of every guest, and ages of anyone under 21 (we have a max capacity of 3 guests total)
