「The view is fabulous & the house is lovely but needs some maintenance, however we couldn’t get the tv to work & the one in the bedroom didn’t work at all. The beds aren’t great & the heated pool isn’t heated at all. Tried to contact the host after check in but no response. If your not capable of dragging your suitcase up the stairs, this isn’t for you」

The only note I have is that it’s not super clear which front entrance is which (the home is split in to 2 rentals), so we almost walked in to the wrong home. 「Loved the location. Very quiet with a beautiful view of the bay. Stacey greeted us and was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and the room spacious. Everything was perfect. 「Robert’s apartment was ideal for our 9 day stay in Paihia. Loads of room in the apartment, and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk to everything in town.
