Surpassed expectations.

We had a great all inclusive stay at Tindaya. Service was excellent, staff very keen to assist us with our daughter who became poorly whilst away and make sure we were comfortable. We felt well cared for, food was good quality and lots of choice- same for drinks, stunning setting, a great place to stay.

Bel Hôtel, quoiqu’on le voit de génération déjà un peu ancienne. L’emplacement et les équipements globalement très bien. On apprécierait des prestations un peu meilleures au niveau de la restauration (par rapport à d’autres h10, celui de Tenerife notamment qui était parfait), et une salle qui fait un peu trop réfectoire. Et le lounge privilège, rarement nettoyé, et où nous avons reçu par contre des remarques condescendantes tout à fait inutiles par un jeune employé. Le bémol principal vient d’ailleurs du service : s’il était globalement aimable, on ne vient pas en Espagne pour recevoir un service allemand (froideur, et reproche d’arriver avec 4mn de retard à notre réservation de restauration… avant d’attendre 15 minutes pour être pris en charge une fois assis). Bref un bel hôtel mais une expérience mitigée, d’autant qu’on l’avait choisi pour sa piscine chauffée …qui en réalité était juste 0,4 degrés au dessus de la piscine non chauffée ….

We are extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception, who were always kind and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and there was a great variety to choose from. The snack bar also offered an excellent selection throughout the day. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful beach with direct access from the resort, which was a huge advantage. Our room was modern, spacious, and spotless, just like the entire resort. Everything was kept exceptionally clean. We would especially like to thank the staff for their outstanding care and kindness. We were travelling with insulin and needed to freeze the cooling packs for our travel container. After asking if this would be possible, they went above and beyond by bringing a refrigerator with a freezer compartment directly to our room. This thoughtful gesture made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. This hotel is perfect for families with children. There are plenty of activities, including a foam party in the children's pool, a large inflatable obstacle course in the pool, daily entertainment, mini golf, a padel court, a beach volleyball court, a football pitch, outdoor barbecue events, and many other attractions. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We stayed AI Privilege which was definitely a highlight. Having access to the privilege facilities was definitely worth the extra money. The room was spotless and the food was delicious. Would definitely re book.

2N stay. Half board. Lovely hotel. One of the pools heated. WiFi was down the entire stay slightly annoying. Great food in the evenings fresh fish , steak, chicken etc.

The location next to the beach with direct access from the hotel was incredible. Rooms were really well appointed for families (we were in a junior suite and had plenty of space). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was not amazing, despite having privilege access to the a la carte restaurants we were not impressed, which is a shame for such an otherwise amazing hotel.
