It was a really nice hotel, very big but accessible, very fast lifts. Limited vegan options but I managed to fill my stomach at every meal satisfied and the food was nice. Staff were friendly and polite

This hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation. The check-in process took almost 50 minutes because the receptionist was constantly distracted by other things. He kept walking away from the desk, helping other guests with issues like room key cards, and never focused on completing my check-in. When I finally got to my room, I was very disappointed. The door frame was damaged, making the door difficult to close properly. The room itself was dirty, the bed sheets looked like they had been stepped on and were left that way, there was dust and mold above the door, and the bathroom was also filthy. I asked to change rooms, but my request was ignored. I even had to ask the housekeeping staff to clean the bathtub, but they told me it would only be cleaned the following day. The restaurant was no better. The walls and floors were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was far below what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel has great potential because of its location, but it is poorly maintained, cleanliness is unacceptable, and customer service needs significant improvement. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is nice but definitely a work in progress. The staff are friendly but very limited as at times there were empty bottles and glasses left on the side for hours waiting to be collected. At the time of our visited the gym and sauna were under construction. In my opinion the safety railings should be much higher than where they currently are at waist level
