「I had such a tranquil experience at this resort. Jovany is amazing and so helpful! It was my first time in Panama and this place welcomed me and it felt like home. I am definitely coming back. My secret sanctuary ❤️❤️」

「Yummy food, great hosts and very flexible!」

「It’s a fairly cheap place; it’s right on the beach; and it’s just a few minutes off the pan-American highway. If you are traveling through and need a cheap convenient place to rest your head, this is it. The staff is kind and genuinely want to help you. Breakfast (patacones, fried Panamanian tortilla, eggs, sliced cheese) was included in my room rate - it was surprisingly decent. That said, you get what you pay for so don’t expect anything fancy. The property is old and quite dated. The...

「Small and clean. No pool. Beach is rocky and not good for swimming.」

「We stayed at Playa Caracol Resort for one week. While the beach and natural surroundings were beautiful, our overall experience was disappointing due to the location and transportation challenges. The resort is quite remote and is best suited for guests with their own vehicle. We arrived at Panama City Airport and paid $100 for a taxi to the resort. The trip took about two hours. The final section of the drive was along a narrow road through a sparsely populated area, which felt uncomfortable,...

「La piscina estaba verde. La infraestructura tienen tiempo que no la pintan. El cuarto y el baño muy limpio. La TV no servía.」

「Buen lugar para pasar en familia, excelentes instalaciones y espectacular vista. Sin duda regresaremos.」

「What a wonderful place to find out what life on the Pacific coast of Panama is like and what it can be for you. Brooke and her staff are everything you would want in them. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive. Breakfast is included and is the only meal served daily. Definitely try El Parque restaurant in San Carlos. Delicious and inexpensive. Being a small lodge on the ocean makes it special. FYI: No TV, no fridge, no microwave in my room but an awesome ocean view, a...

「the property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable and nice. Don't expect a tv in your room, or a refrigerator. It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast. the restaurant was very nice and moderately priced and breakfast, which is included, was also very good. It is about a 10 minute drive to the little main area of the Valle but not bad. The pool was nice enough, but small. The staff is very friendly and helpful.」

「When we arrived we were not provided a door code to get in the building and waited out front going over all the emails in case we just missed seeing the code, to no avail. Eventually a man opened the door but he wasn't the host but he did build the hotel. He finally whatsapped the host to find out which room was ours, but again we were given no code. The ring camera at the door didnt work either. Had he not opened the door by mere chance we never would have been able to get in and we would...

「NO REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM. CANT KEEP YOUR DRINKS COLD」

「A wonderful place to stay - a beautifully kept tropical setting with views of the other side of the caldera. Very peaceful. Great value for the high quality of accommodation.」
