A traditional but modern 4/6 persons' Javanese villa, located on a big private land, with great views over Yogyakarta and Mt Merapi.
One main bedroom with a king-sized bed (and an additional queen-size bed if needed), facing the main garden.
One great bathroom with a comfortable terrazzo-made bathtub, shower, hot water, laundry corner.
One living room facing both the South/view over Yogyakarta and the central garden, full of natural light, with an extra queen-sized bed. The living room is blessed with a panoramic terrace facing the South, and the Boyong river valley.

This place is for people wishing to be outside of Yogyakarta city's heat and traffic and to enjoy the province from a calm and peaceful spot.
Our guests mostly enjoy the views, the fresh air, the comfort of the villa, the terrazzo-made bathtub, the three very comfortable beds, the terrace with its kitchenette facing the Boyong river valley, the private parking, and the fact that the land is big compared to other Java piece of land.
I only have one villa for rent, implying that there will be no other guests at the time you are with us. I am NOT a hotel, it's my own private house that I put on rent for visitors.
I am pet-friendly, i.e. I accept dogs (and other pets as well), who love my place as there is a huge space for them to run around.

Perfect for nature lovers, birders wishing to see birds, people in need of privacy and tolerance, people wishing to do the Merapi Lava Landmarks jeep tour (that I can organise directly from the villa, the jeep coming to pick you up at our place, avoiding you the need to book the tour on Jalan Kaliurang) or any other Kaliurang touristic activities, families or couples.

We are located 2 km South-West of Kaliurang, near-by the Museum Merapi and other famous landmarks. It's only a 40 minutes drive to Yogyakarta downtown, and an hour 40 minutes to the new Yogyakarta International Airport. We can help organising transport if needed, as there is a car rental in our Kemiri village, making it easy to book you a car with driver to take you around, greet you at the Yogyakarta airport etc.
