"The hotel is bang in the middle of the town However once you enter it is very tranquil cool and modern Rooms are not massive but adequate wardrobe space again fine for a few days I personally would struggle for 8 to 10 days We requested a room over pool and was great very quite Breakfast was of exceptional quality and beautiful The pools on the roof were so nice with the lovely dipping pools loads of sun beds and shade It gave you a lovely feeling and it was nice seeing all the mountains and greenery We were so surprised on the location yes if you turn left it’s full of nightlife but turn right out of the hotel and you are blessed with a lovely prom with lovely restaurants lots of lovely side streets with little eating places we had a super time honestly give it a go The hotel and staff are fab"

"We came for an over night stay. The a/c in the room was not working on a very hot day. We told the desk but the technician was not available since it was a Sunday. Finally after complaining some more around 1am they moved us into a room with a working ac. Other than that hotel is great! Very clean and all the amenities you will need and right on the beach."

"Great for families, we had an 8yr old and 12 Yr old, pools brillant, pool games and activities all day. Staff all excellent from reception who sorted our patio door sticking straight away, bar staff friendly, Pedro and jumo. Cleaning ladies, left fresh towels etc daily and kept apartment spotless. Grounds are cleaned and inspected every day. We were half board, breakfast was brilliant, dinner bit repetitive but could always find something we like. Stayed in one bed apartment no55 ground floor pool view and very near to everything. Don't hesitate if you are thinking of booking!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"It's definitely an old hotel but the overall atmosphere is nice. Very lively in the lobby and around the (nice) pool because of the young travellers. Only minutes rom the beach but a 30 minutes walk from the "main" strip."
