不满意：住宿条件和设施，员工和服务
- I like the property as it was close to the airport
- It has kitchen
- Staff at reception were helpful but to limited
- Train/metro station was convinient 7 min walk
- Cleaning staff were terrible.
- we stayed 6 nights and only once they came for service.
- As i stayed with kids there was waste getting collected and no one bother to replace bin bags inspite of telling to cleaning and reception staff
- as a tourist we dint carry bin bags so have to put in the shopping bags which was disgusting
- After complaining they said service and bin will only gets cleared after 3 days which was disgusting.
- Another issue was breakfast which they dont provide anything apart from croissant, milk, basic cornflakes jiuce and plain yogurt pot.
- Daily same menu no changes.
- After requesting that kids dont eat these stuff and to provide with bread, cupcakes or fruits but no action.
