The apartment is located in the front row of the residential complex Porto Faro, two room loft with wide seaside view from Porto Rafael to the island Santo Stefano. The unit consists of a large living roomwith sofa bed, L shaped kitchenette equipped with gas stove and fridge, double bedroom with large windows overlooking the sea, bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the loft area a sleeping area with two single beds and another bathroom. The outside terrace is fully equipped for nice evenings with friends enjoying dinner and view. Parking space in private area with remote control gate.

To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
