COTTAGE SMERALDA by KlabHouse is located in the complex of little villas located in Punta Sardegna 1 km from the white sandy beaches of Porto Rafael.

Equipped with a large private terrace with jacuzzi and wonderful views of the Maddalena, offers air conditioning, WIFI internet, BBQ and covered parking, the cottage is the ideal destination for those who want a holiday between nature and relax in the beautiful setting of Punta Sardegna.

The cottage is located 1 km from Porto Rafael with its shops and restaurants, 3 km from Palau and 40 km from Olbia Airport.

The cottage enjoys the fragrances of Sardinia and is a little paradise on earth for holidays full of comfort, sea and untouched nature, and is perfect place for a stay with family or in couple in complete independence.

Can't really fault this property other than the pool was closed which as our 3 year son is a water lover, was the main reason we chose the property in order to occupy him for large periods of time. Our host told us the description is inaccurate and shouldn't say a pool is available for the dates we were there. Had we known the pool was out of use, we wouldn't have booked the property.

Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool und super Aussicht

Nur 1 Meckerpunkt: Lorenzo, der Housekeeper hat einen großen,starken Kampfhund, der oft alleine auf dem Parkplatz rumlief. Für uns mit unserem 6 kg Hund war das ziemlich beängstigend.

Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Es ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Palau. Die Bäder und auch die Küche müssten saniert werden. Ist in die Jahre gekommen. Deswegen finde ich den Preis sehr hoch. Wir hatten trotzdem einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Traumhaftes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Lage: Porto Rafael dürfte neben Port Cervo der einzige Ort mit neosardischer Archtektur in Reinkultur sein: Schöne Villen in naturnaher Optik in die Landschaft eingepasst, keine hässlichen Hotelblöcke und die Piazza am kleinen Strand ist ein echter Sehnsuchtsort! Palau mit Supermärkten etc. ist ca. 10 Min. entfernt und allein die vorgelagerte Inselwelt ist eine Reise wert! Das Haus: Nett rustikal mit ausreichendem Komfort am Hang über Porto Rafael gelegen. Liegt in einer kleinen Anlage mit 27 Einheiten als Doppel-/Reihenhäusern mit großem Gemeinschaftspool, die überwiegend in privater Hand sind. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wirkt parkähnlich. Man hat Nachbarn, also keine Alleinlage, aber die Terrasse ist kaum einsehbar, also ausreichend privat. Traumhafter Blick über die Inseln und die Bucht von Palau! Ausgestattet mit Aussendusche und Grill im hinteren Hof, 2 kleine Duschbäder (Duschen recht eng, schwierig für korpulente Personen, Schlafzimmer, großer Wohnbereich mit Empore, dort 1 Bett und 1 Doppelbett, kleine Küche mit dem Nötigsten und insbes. Geschirrspüler. Waschmaschine im Hof. Zentrales Klimagerät im Wohnraum, daher stehen auch die Türen des Schlafzimmers meist offen (eher geeignet für eine Familie, nicht so sehr für nicht familiär verbundene Personen). Insgesamt guter Komfort und angenehmes Ambiente. Pool: Leichter Abzug in der B-Note; Der Pool ist von 13:00-16:00 geschlossen und es ist alles verboten, was insbesondere mit Kindern Spaß macht (LuMa, Ballspiel etc.), das wird teilweise auch kontrolliert durch den örtlichen Housekeeper der Anlage. Sonst schön groß und nie überfüllt. Betreuung vor Ort: Freundlicher Empfang und Tipps, der Housekeeper ist täglich in der Anlage unterwegs; wöchentlicher Handtuch- und Bettwäschwechsel. Allgemein: Wir (Familie mit 9-jährigem Kind) haben uns sehr erholt und eine schöne Zeit. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Danke für den schönen Urlaub; gerne wieder!
