“Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.”

“Muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio.”

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. ”

“酒店位置很方便，客房整潔，職員都很nice，特別是離開去機場請酒店預訂送機場服務，司機提前在酒店等待送機，路途中還介紹了路過的景點，安全平穩地把我們送至離國泰航空值機櫃檯最近的地方，很感謝司機先生的用心！”

“The boss Leonardo is very kind, he even gave me his whatsapp and had a quick response when I need something. The location is good very near to Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone, and the room is clean. The public car park is close. In general I'm satisfied considering the price. ”

“Our stay at Crossing Manzoni was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, the room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing. There is no breakfast service, but instead they provide a complimentary snack and drink corner for guests, with sweets and beverages available throughout the day. We actually found this very convenient and enjoyed being able to help ourselves whenever we wanted. The staff were also very kind and……

“The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.”
