「Walls were chipping paint. No elevator. Didn’t mention that in the Expedia description. Manager was difficult to coordinate access with after messaging several times the day before our arrival. Instructions were last minute on how to check in. Upon departure, I was messaged that I owed another $15 for a resort fee of some nature. Had no documentation to that affect. The location was good. 」

「We had one of the largest rooms. This property is close to everything. The brothers that own it are very nice and will help to arrange transportation and offer advice on places to eat and visit if you ask. The complimentary minibar was a nice surprise after a walk from the bus station. The courtyard is nice too. Despite being in the centre of town the room was quiet. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if visiting Taormina.」

「A 3 to 4 minutes walk from the Interbus station. And the hotel is just opposite to the cable car station which it’ll bring you to the seaside of Taormina. Everything within walking distance. Love the room with balcony and the hotel staff are more than helpful. Fantastic stay, thank you!」

「The B&B is absolutely charming, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring and so easy to find at the entrance gate. Staff were wonderful, and the breakfast very nice and plentiful.」

While the location was convenient, the apartment itself had several drawbacks: • The entrance to the building was very dark, with no lighting available. • We experienced a few short power outages and, more significantly, lost hot water for about 12 hours due to an electrical issue with the water heater. • The apartment did not offer any view, which was disappointing given Taormina’s scenic surroundings.
