「The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). 「We are finishing a two week tour of Italy and Pienza was our favorite by far. Our stay here was incredible. The owners are very sweet and accommodating and there is no better view of Pienza than the rooftop terrace of this hotel which allows you to easily see the entire town. The reviews mentioning the parking, walk, and stairs are accurate. If you are disabled many accommodations in the heart of Pienza will be difficult due to traffic restrictions and the historic preservation of its buildings....
