The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. This vacation rental features 2 private balconies for relaxing evenings.

The apartment is situated just 400 m from the Church of San Sebastiano, offering easy access to several iconic destinations in the region. It is located 30 km from Noto, 37 km from Ragusa, and 38 km from Modica, all known for their stunning Baroque architecture. Other notable spots include Comiso at 44 km, Scicli at 48 km, and Syracuse at 51 km, each rich in history and culture. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, nur 5 Minuten zum Marktplatz. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist möglich; Parkplätze in direkter Nähe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Es ist funktional eingerichtet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler. Das Haus ist hellhörig. Verbrauchsutensilien (Spülmittel, Tabs, Gewürze etc.) waren vorhandenDer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war reibungslos und zuverlässig.
