Welcoming and new apartment in the historic center - Cala di Palermo
The new apartment of 65 square meters with an essential style is located in a newly renovated building and overlooks the small Piazza Tarzanà adjacent to the Fonderia and facing the splendid Cala di Palermo with two marble and iron balconies. The apartment has a bright living area with an adjacent kitchen area well equipped with a small fridge, two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. The house is suitable for a group or a large family, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
A really quiet area also close to the Cala with its sailboats and a wonderful walk / track for runners and bicycles that runs along the dock of the Marina of the ancient port of Palermo, where it is possible to find places for an aperitif or dinner at candlelight one step away from the sea.
The apartment has a bright living area with an adjacent kitchen area, two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. The house is suitable for a group or a large family, it can accommodate up to 6 people since in the living area there is a very comfortable sofa bed with a 20cm high mattress. All rooms are equipped with WI-FI independent heating and air conditioning.
The accommodation located in the historic center enjoys a very central position that allows its guests to reach on foot in a few minutes all the main attractions and beauties of the city of Palermo (30 meters from Corso Vittorio Emanuele Arab-Norman route, Unesco heritage, the Vucciria, Piazza Marina, Piazza Quattrocanti, main historical churches).
Perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday between tranquility, art and culture in the heart of Palermo!

Apartment was very clean. The kitchen could use some additional items to make the stay easier, but that's just a minor issue. The host was extremely attentive with very good communication.

This was a wonderful flat. Clean with good beds. Parking was a bit difficult but once we understood what to do, we were able to to that also.The host was easy to communicate with and easy to contact. He tried to resolve any questions quickly.The only negative (not the properties fault) was there was a huge rain storm one night and sewers in front of the property backed up in the street. The water was so deep we were unable to leave the apartment. The first floor apartments were flooded but us on the second floor were fine. Once the rain stopped, we were able to leave in about an hour and everything was fine.I would stay at this place again and recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful Stay
The apartment is clean, in a great location, and the owner was easy to communicate with. There are many great restaurants and bars nearby. The supermarket is very close, which made it convenient for making meals at the apartment. We enjoyed our time here.

Lovely two bedroom unit in the old city
This immaculate property is well located in Palermo’s old city. Replies from the host, Marco, were prompt and access to the unit seamless. Marco also left a welcome pack which was most appreciated. Highly recommended.

Disappointed
Clean and easy checkin…good location by marina and easy entrance to old town….but Lacked in amenities, shower leaked to allow water all over floor, one set of towels per person and need replacing. Both of us ran out of toilet paper last night and no extra in flat. After being in the road for over a week, we were counting in the washer/dryer promised in the listing and arrived to learn it was broken. Wish this was communicated prior to our arrival.

Very clean and updated. Good location. Great responsive, helpful host. Comfortable beds, hot shower. We were able to find parking nearby. Shower might be small for big people, but that may be the norm. Kitchen very basic. Check on washer availability. No regrets.

Exceptionally Clean and Convenient Location
The building is a recent remodel with updated appliances and furniture. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms quite nice with all the necessities and responsive hot water. The building is on a discrete piazza where parking was free and easy. Extremely convenient location from which to enjoy Palermo on foot.
