Perfection in Palermo

Just in the center of the Old Town, very short walking distance of the main attractions. You can go out, in, out again, perfect location.Modern accommodation, fully furnished, very comfortable, with lift and available parking in the property.Excellent communication with the owner, Antonio, extremely helpful.Highly recommended for anyone with or without car.

Great modern apartment in a convenient location

Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The apartment is modern and comfortable, although the large bed is very creaky. The location is great for exploring the nightlife of central Palermo. My only complaints are that the showers are very small, and the air conditioning shuts off when you remove the key to go out, so the apartment was not as cool as I'd like when I returned from a hot day of walking around the city.

Palermo stay

The apartment is located very near Teatro Massimo and Via Maqueda. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for 2 couples to stay. One bedroom is downstairs, the other upstairs. Both have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed, though we did not cook there. We were able to park our rental car in the garage below the building. Unfortunately, there is only one set of keys for the apartment. And the key that turns on the electric in the apartment is attached to the keys. If someone is left behind, they have no electric. Everyone had to leave and come back to the apartment together or make arrangements with each other. That made it difficult for the two couples to feel free to explore the city. We asked the owners to get another key, but they refused. The owners love their apartment and want to protect its contents. Be careful of their property and of the flimsy chairs in the kitchen. The couple was helpful and courteous, however, they insisted that we broke a chair and we’re required to pay for its repair. We paid for the repair but we did not break the chair. A less than perfect ending.

Beyond our expectations!

If you are going to Palermo, this is the rental to book. The location and amenities are excellent. You will be in walking distance to all the major sites and best restaurants. We loved it!

The property is very nice! Get walking distance to everything! The air conditioning is not totally under your control. In the night it seems to regulate or at least not work as well. It was very difficult to find. Google maps didn’t get us there nor apple maps. The supervisor very graciously came to meet us on a Main Street nearby. They should put to google the main avenue via Roma & cross-street then put in the address for better directions in my opinion. Overall great location!! We had a great time!

Wonderful apartment!

We really enjoyed the amenities in this new apartment. Our hosts were so kind and found us when we were lost trying to get to the right spot (we had a rental car & Google Maps couldn't keep up fast enough but we did get close and they came and found us!) It was convenient to walk around town to get to museums and restaurants, so once we finally got there, we parked the car in the covered garage and just walked until it was time to leave for our next town. There was a significant amount of noise at night, being near an active night spot, but we still had a wonderful stay! Thanks to our hosts for their help and recommendations!

Best location in palermo

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The 2 bedroom loft was new and clean and best of all it was centrally located. We were able to park our car in the garage below and walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Sofia for a great stay in Palermo!

Stijlvol appartement

We hebben 5 dagen in het mooie appartement doorgebracht. Het appartement is stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt bovendien midden in het centrum van Palermo en er is een parkeergarage onder het appartementen gebouw, handig als je met de auto bent. We komen zeker nog eens terug want er valt veel te zien in Palermo. Thomas en Marianne
