The newly built house in Palazzo Quaroni in via Maqueda is located on the UNESCO Arab Norman route of the city of Palermo.
It is equipped with every comfort, furnishings with attention to detail.
The house is located in a strategic point, in the Unesco route, a few meters from the Quattro Canti of the city, the Palazzo di Città, Piazza Pretoria, the Cathedral, Palazzo dei Normanni, Cappella Palatina and the Teatro Massimo.
500 meters from the bus stop for Falcone Borsellino airport, the central railway station and the one that leads to the beautiful and renowned Mondello beach.
On foot you can visit, all the main monuments of the historic center, pedestrian path and cycle paths make pleasant walks along the various cultural routes, the UNESCO site Palatine Chapel and the renowned Vucciria- Capo _Ballarò markets. Also for those who love nightlife, there are several clubs, pubs and restaurants.
The house of 80 square meters consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, n. 02 bathrooms with shower and n. 2 bedroom with wardrobe.
Guest Access
The apartment is a whole property and is entirely available to guests.
The agreed price includes the use of Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning, use of the kitchen and car parking.
No other additional costs are expected.
Interaction with Guests
Guests are promptly reserved an excellent welcome and assistance. Maps of the city and of Sicily are delivered. Breakfast is guaranteed on arrival with biscuits, milk, coffee, tea, seasonal fruit, jam.
We remain 24/24 traceable for anything guests may need.
The district
Palermo historic center, one of the largest in Europe, is divided into four areas, three large markets: Vucciria - Ballarò - Capo, dozens of churches, monuments and palaces of great historical and artistic value, all within walking distance.
The Central Station is 400 m away. and from there it is possible to reach both the airport and all other tourist destinations, the fabulous beach of Mondello, Monreale and Cefalù.
The apartment falls within a totally forgivable area, along the UNESCO Norman Arab route where you can visit the places of greatest interest in the city of Palermo, including Teatro Massimo, 4 city songs, Cathedral, Palazzo dei Normanni , Palatine Chapel etc. etc
