The accommodation, located on the first floor without a lift, opens onto a large and bright living area with a sofa and TV. The furnishings are carefully chosen, and the house features vintage furniture and paintings that embellish and add color to the rooms. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Continuing through the house, there is a dining room with a sofa and a table for lunch or dinner, from which you can access the small balcony. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a French bed. The layout of the house is completed by two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
