This was the most beautiful stay. This was our first time in Sicily and I loved our first stop in Palermo because of Heritage Collection Palermo B&B. The room was exactly as pictured, modern but with the original architecture around it. It was so clean, quiet, and with a perfect balcony in the room to experience Palermo. Roberta was so attentive and the sweetest woman! She was able to arrange proper transportation from airport to the B&B and it was so seamless. She had excellent communication throughout and I just appreciated her friendliness in our stay. My boyfriend and I also loved the breakfast area, the food was delicious! I would absolutely stay here again while in Palermo, I actually wish I stayed longer from my experience with Heritage! Thank you!

Autentisk og et ophold i helt unikke omgivelser. Værtinden Roberta er utrolig hjælpsom og så laver hun verdens bedste kaffe. Morgenmaden har et fantastisk udvalg og der er tænkt over at dække alles behov også glutenallergiker.

Unfortunately I only had the chance to spend 1 night here, but really loved the central location and room. The owner Roberta was very helpful prior to my arrival to send me photos of the building door, and the entrance to the Heritage Collection rooms so that I was easily able to find my room. I was in Europe for 2 weeks and this place had the most comfortable bedding and pillows of all the places I stayed. The rooms were all tastefully remodeled over the past few years, keeping the character of the space, while providing updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Make note that the street facade of building and street facing door appears old, a but run-down, and non-descript. Don't be surprised, it’s a shared multi-story building with many other private apartments. Once you arrive the Heritage collection is on the second floor, the 6-7 rooms within, and dining area are all beautifully remodeled, a complete contrast to what you see from outside on the street. Also, no elevator, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down to the 2/F (which is equivalent to the 3/F in the US). ** Also make note that the hotel will email you a few days before your arrival with online registration and PIN code to entry doors since there is no live reception at all times. Be sure to make contact with hotel before you arrive **. I hope I have a chance to revisit here for longer stay the next time I pass thru Palermo!

Great stay!

Me, my husband and 1,5 year old daughter had an amazing room, lovely architecture and a nice bathtub and decorated according to the style of the room. Easy going communication, friendly and war people at the breakfast and very clean and fresh. Can highly recommend if you’re looking for a stay in Palermo!:)

Thought we got catfished but ended up loving it!

Don't let the run down outside freak you out - the inside is renovated and so old world cute! Roberta was so kind and accomodating and just a joy to speak with - she even made us some omelettes and cappucinos in the morning. Close to Quattro Canti and all the spots in old town. Thank you for the hospitality!
