  • Located in Palermo, Chalet Casa Ros is a 55 sqm holiday home situated on the slopes of Monte Pellegrino, with views of the Addaura sea. This cosy chalet can accommodate up to 3 people and features one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped, and you will find modern comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. From the property, you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.



    Outside, you have a private covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. A barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking.



    For your convenience, a shared garage parking space is provided. The nearest beach is about 400 metres away and beach towels are included. Events are not allowed on the property. A car sharing service is also available.



    Public transport is easily accessible with a bus stop 250 metres from the entrance, offering convenient connections to Mondello and the centre of Palermo. Shuttle services to and from the airport and train station are available for an extra fee to enhance your travel experience.



    The chalet offers all the necessary comforts to ensure you a pleasant stay, in an ideal location between the sea and the mountains.

Amazing sea views, close to Mondello and Palermo

Pros: The apartment was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a couple of nights and was ok for 2 people. Beautiful balcony with a view of the sea. There was AC that helped with the heat. We were provided with coffee for the first day, water, juice and some snacks. Everything is a short drive away and we explored the region easily. Vergine Maria has a beach and one of the best ice cream shops in the region. Cons: The WiFi was quite unstable unfortunately. Also maybe the house was closed for a bit because the towels provided were clean but smelled damp and unpleasant. Otherwise all was fine.
